Package publishing failed with npm E422 provenance error because package.json repository.url pointed to the old repo name (OpenSourceAGI/appdemo-dev-tools), which no longer matches the repository identity in the sigstore provenance bundle (OpenSourceAGI/starter-app-dev-tools). Update all OpenSourceAGI/appdemo-dev-tools references to OpenSourceAGI/starter-app-dev-tools across package.json (repository.url + homepage), READMEs, docs, Dockerfile, and changelog. The Vercel demo URL (appdemo-dev-tools-mu.vercel.app) is intentionally left unchanged.
