[Feature] Multimodal processor kwargs

Motivation

Previously, multimodal processor kwargs can only be set when starting API server. Now we support to pass kwargs through every single request, which is more flexible.

Modifications

Add a wrapper to data processing function. If we pass kwargs by request, it will cover kwargs we set when starting the service. However, kwargs will be recovered after the request is finished.
