The merged ESP32-C6 BSP cannot build from official rtt-dev. Keep latest on that branch and add a c6 version pinned to the sources that compile for both C3 and C6.

主仓的 ESP32-C6 BSP 已经合入。官方 RT-Thread-packages/esp-idf 的 rtt-dev 没有 C6 的 scons 源码，latest 还是指向那条分支。
增加一个 c6 版本，指向 cms19859230182-lang/esp-idf@4fa0030
这份树编过主仓的 ESP32-C3 和 ESP32-C6，scons 都是 0，都链出了 rtthread.elf。没有板子，没有再烧。
