- Bugfix: Keep threads in plan mode when plan review requests revisions, while recognizing agent-driven plan-mode transitions.
- Avoid redundant ACP mode updates and improve synchronization across session lifecycle and replay states.
- Disable Kimi’s ACP text-file capability to prevent plan-mode filesystem failures, with clearer ACP filesystem error handling.
- Track agent-initiated plan mode transitions and preserve mode on revisions - Map ACP filesystem errors and disable Kimi text-file capability - Add coverage for plan approvals, ACP sync, and Kimi capabilities
