- Feature: Replace separate working-thread and remote-access sleep controls with one unified Prevent sleep setting.
- Offer clear modes for preventing sleep while working, during remote access, or always, so users can choose the right power behavior.
- Preserve existing preferences through migration and ensure system sleep policy follows the selected mode.
- Update settings search, tests, and all supported locale catalogs for the consolidated control.
- Add selectable sleep prevention policies and migrate legacy settings - Move the control to General settings and update search, locales, and tests
