- Bugfix: prevent crashed or force-quit development sessions from leaving CPU-intensive supervisor processes running.
- Detect orphaned dev supervisors at runtime and during new dev launches, while preserving packaged apps and concurrent worktrees.
- Exit dev supervisors after repeated uncaught-exception bursts and force stalled shutdowns to complete.
- Add focused coverage for orphan detection and exception-storm thresholds.
