Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Preserve explicit YAML null values.

sqlmesh.utils.yaml.load(..., raise_if_empty=False) converts every contents is None result to {}. Therefore, from_yaml("null") returns {} instead of the parsed scalar None. Distinguish an empty document from explicit null in the loader, and add a regression assertion.

Review comment at @sqlmesh/dbt/builtin.py at line 372:
Update the YAML loading path used by from_yaml to distinguish an empty document
from an explicit YAML null, preserving None for the latter while retaining the
existing empty-document behavior; add a regression assertion that
from_yaml("null") returns None.
