Hi! I'm Steve Dormady, an aspiring Cyber Security Analyst from Richmond, Virginia.

Here's a bit about me:

🎓 I'm a senior at James Madison University studying computer science.
🔭 I’m currently working on getting my NSA certifiaction, as well as CompTIA Security+ & CompTIA Network+
⚡ Fun fact: I'm originally from Omaha, Nebraska.
🔥 I love a challenge and learning knew things.

Operating Systems I'm familiar with:

  • Linux: I have used Linux for a few years now, mainly for my server and personal use. I used it for school, specifically the Ubuntu 22.04 LTS version.
  • Windows: I have been using Windows throughout my college career. I am familiar with Excel and Word. I also used excel with Rocktown Realty, constantly updating a spreadsheet to keep units on track during the turn.
  • MacOS: I used Mac until college — basically all through primary school. I have been converted to a Windows user in CS, but still have a "soft spot" for it.
