LIS (Longest Increasing Subsequence) Visualizer
This PR adds a simple interactive visualizer for the Longest Increasing Subsequence (LIS) problem.
What it does

Why this is useful
This visualizer makes it easier to understand how the LIS dynamic programming solution works, especially for beginners.
