I updated the Wear OS sample to use the modern Material3 standards including ScreenScaffolds, AppScaffold, and TransformingLazyColumn. I did this to illustrate properly the use of Material3 on Wear.

nit: Would be great to move strings to resources and add screenshots (before/after)

Before and after screenshots are very similar except for the time text and list alignment.
