[Task]: Remove support for Python 3.10

What needs to happen?

Python 3.10 reaches EOL on October 1, 2026. Support for the language version should be removed afterwards to prevent the presence of vulnerabilities into the Beam codebase.

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue. I can investigate the Python 3.10 references across the Beam codebase, CI/configuration, dependencies, and documentation, and prepare a PR to remove the remaining support after the EOL date.
