Add support of filtering metrics for metrics reporter

• I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.

Motivation

We use the PushGateway reporter to export metrics, but pushes sometimes fail because the payload is too large. Since we only use a subset of the reported metrics, we could introduce filtering options similar to those in Flink to reduce the payload size.
