[Feat]: "Request to Update Tic Tac Toe Grid Numbering to Standard Format" #3205

The current Tic Tac Toe implementation uses a non-standard numbering system for the grid, where the positions are labeled as follows:
7 | 8 | 9

4 | 5 | 6

1 | 2 | 3
his unconventional layout can lead to confusion for players, as it deviates from the typical numbering format (1-9 from top-left to bottom-right). As a result, players may mistakenly believe they are selecting different positions than intended, impacting gameplay and user experience.

The suggested standard format is given below:

7 | 8 | 9
