Gotcha chamilo#1 now documents the memory_limit build/runtime split (the -1 ini is for the build's assets:install child; the www pool is bounded at 256M via php_admin_value). Gotcha chamilo#2 image size corrected ~1.3 -> ~1.2 GB after the prod-only vendor strip. Repo hygiene notes the blanket *.md .dockerignore.

I created a working version of a docker image and updated the readme. You have now a running environment with two docker commands.
