This PR replaces 'setup-just' which depends on unpinned dependency actions for just calling 'setup-crate' directly.
We recently enabled GitHub SHA pinnning for all actions in all of Channable's repos. This is a good security measure, but it turns out we are depending on one action which does not currently properly adhere to it. This PR fixes that. (CC @tijmendj)
