feat(chat): tap to hide the photo viewer's buttons - #1034

A single tap on the photo fades the close and share buttons out, and another brings them back. The tap waits for the double-tap to fail, so double-tap zoom is unchanged. Hidden buttons take no touches and drop out of VoiceOver.

Tapping a photo in the full-screen chat viewer now hides the close and share buttons; tapping again shows them.
