docs: add category labels teaser and fix README links

Closes #1060

• Added "Category labels" teaser section to main README explaining embeddable portal badges
• Added Axe plugin to "Officially supported plugins" table with icon
• Added Axe Accessibility category badge to main README
• Added npm badges to nx-plugin README (was missing)
• Fixed broken anchor links in main README (#portal-integration, #custom-plugins)
• Fixed minor typos
• Updated portal URLs from code-pushup.dev#portal (doesn't exist) to code-pushup.dev/features
• Fixed markdown alert syntax in plugin-js-packages and plugin-jsdocs READMEs
