Summary
Second of the activity-log stack (base: #2850). Adds member subscription and profile activity:
subscription.created/subscription.removed(group subscriptions),mailing_list.subscribe/mailing_list.unsubscribe,profile.updated(both profile forms), andtoc.accepted.Key changes
Review notes
Recording happens at the point of intent (e.g. before the newsletter service call) — flagged in review as a fidelity nuance for external calls; left as-is for this stack.
Stack: PR 3 adds RSVP/waiting-list/check-in activity.
