Add kubernetes helpers for CephCluster, CephBlockPool, rook-config-override, Ceph credentials, CephClusterConnection/Authentication, CephStorageClass, VolumeSnapshotClass, and OSD backing StorageClass resolution. Add testkit.EnsureCephStorageClass orchestrating module enablement through working csi-ceph StorageClass, plus csi-ceph e2e test package.
