Description

Disables the internal DHCP configurator ( deckhouse/3p-kubevirt#105 )

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

The virtual machine receives an IP address from the Cilium DHCP server, and responses from the internal DHCP configurator are discarded. We are disabling the unused functionality.

Checklist

• The code is covered by unit tests.
• e2e tests passed.
• Documentation updated according to the changes.
• Changes were tested in the Kubernetes cluster manually.
