New visitors could run the CLI demo, but had no small standalone Python API example or contribution guide. The quick start also installed into the caller's environment and the Chinese instructions assumed an existing checkout.

Add a runnable late-correction example with three hand-checkable synthetic decisions, explicit virtual-environment commands for Linux/macOS and Windows, and contribution/issue/PR templates. Preserve the existing methodology, saved evidence and downstream integration. Run the example in both Linux Python jobs and add a Windows job that creates a fresh venv and checks installation plus scalar/rolling generation and replay.

Validation: clean local venv installation succeeded; the three documented missing/original/corrected rows match actual output; both build/verify workflows passed; all 79 existing tests passed in the new environment. Local Markdown targets, workflow YAML and issue-template front matter passed validation; git diff --check passed.
