Some boards have LEDs which need to be driven with an active high output. Add a new configure macro LED_ACTIVE_HIGH which defaults to 0 to retain backwards compatibility.

This pull request consist of two commits, one which adds support for active-high LED support and one to add support for the Growatt adapter.
