This PR remove
ExpectedBenchmarkResultsTests.csfrom manual running project.Currently, this tests are always failed.
Because overhead measurement steps are removed on recent commits.
It can re-enable overhead measurement by using
WithEvaluateOverheadAPI but it's deprecated and it's expected to be removed soon.
