Describe the bug
The following README.md links to https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/rtos-docs/blob/main/rtos-docs/ which is archived since it is replaced by https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/rtos-docs-asciidoc
For convenience, I report the bug in this project as I assume that the maintainers will script a PR for each affected repo and also check if there are other links to the archived documentation repo.

Additional bad link: The link in the About-box for the project in Github also points to the old documentation. At least for https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/threadx and https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/netxduo
I have not checked the others.

I confirmed the archived documentation links and opened eclipse-threadx/filex#105, eclipse-threadx/guix#194, eclipse-threadx/levelx#89, eclipse-threadx/netxduo#443, #774, eclipse-threadx/tracex#21, and eclipse-threadx/usbx#279. I linked the specific guides to published 6.5.1 HTML pages, pointed general documentation links to https://threadx.io/releases/latest, and verified that all 22 distinct destinations returned HTTP 200.
I opened eclipse-threadx/.eclipsefdn#16 for the six GitHub About links managed by the organization configuration. I left CONTRIBUTING.md for the separate update, and I am leaving this issue open until the linked changes are applied.
