Added a utility menu item for adjacent labs, all readmes are done and added the lab for bringing up dependencytrack with a container, scanning ollama container with trivy, using a python script to auto-add the trivy created SBOM to dependency-track. I used our UDF environment for this lab. It CAN be added to live labs, as such.
