No instrumentation/ASM source changed, but there is a pre-existing mismatch btw the runtime ASM from libs.versions.toml (unchanged at 9.4) vs the transitive compileOnly/test ASM (which this PR bumps from 9.7.1 to 9.8).

I'll look to see whether we can't bump the .toml version to 9.8 in a follow-on.
