chore(android): Graduate ANR profiling out of experimental

📜 Description

Marks ANR profiling as a stable public API by documenting AnrProfilingIntegration and the anrProfilingSampleRate options. The integration was never annotated with @ApiStatus.Experimental; it was only described as experimental in release notes and docs.

💡 Motivation and Context

ANR profiling has shipped since 8.35.0 and is ready to leave experimental status. This PR documents the stable API surface in code so the feature is no longer treated as experimental in the SDK.
