…rawer Fetch the recommended event in the issue preview drawer to display external issue links (Jira, GitHub, etc.) and wrap the activity feed in a collapsible SidebarFoldSection. Add missing mock responses for the recommended event endpoint in related test files.

The activity tab was missing the external links section from the designs. This adds that section and also wraps each one in a FoldSection to match issue details.
