Why:

This PR fixes several small typos and grammatical errors in the GitHub Actions, Packages, and Billing documentation to improve clarity and professional quality of the English content.

Closes: N/A (Minor documentation improvements)

What's being changed:

I have corrected four typos across different documentation areas:

  1. Actions: Fixed an variable to a variable in use-variables.md.
  2. Actions: Fixed a OIDC token to an OIDC token in oidc-with-reusable-workflows.md.
  3. Packages: Fixed an complementary view to a complementary view in introduction-to-github-packages.md.
  4. Billing: Fixed transfered to transferred in github-packages.md.
