The runtime can be compiled without support for Objective-C exceptions. Only use exceptions when they are enabled.
This option adds the ability to compile libobjc2 without Objective-C exception support. ENABLE_EXCEPTION is enabled by default.

This pull request adds the option
ENABLE_EXCEPTIONSto the CMake configuration. This option is enabled by default.
