Centralize the guidance for `output_type="pt"` in
`.ai/references/testing.md` and remove the redundant inline comments that
were repeated across pipeline test files ("Request torch outputs ..." and
"Note `"pt"` images are ..."). The docs note now also covers the `"np"`
layout contrast and video shape.
Closes huggingface#14616.

The
output_type="pt"guidance is already documented centrally in.ai/references/testing.md(in theget_dummy_inputs()bullet). This PR:"np"layout contrast ((batch, height, width, channels)vs"pt"(batch, channels, height, width)) and the video shape(batch, num_frames, channels, height, width).\"pt\"images are ...") that were repeated across ~87 pipeline test files, since the guidance now lives in one place.No functional changes — comments/docs only.
