Align structure with tutorial_6's README pattern and add a 'Sync the initial gripper state' section: prepend open_gripper to segments[0] pre-actions so the fingers are guaranteed open before the arm descends onto the box.
…eset CMakeLists.txt installs these paths, but they were missing from the nix source whitelist in flake.nix, causing the CI to fail with 'file INSTALL cannot find /build/source/launch: No such file or directory'.
