Both underlying SDK bumps are patch releases (Android 18.3.1 -> 18.3.2, iOS 19.6.3 -> 19.6.4), matching the 15.0.0 -> 15.0.1 precedent where a patch-only SDK bump got a patch cordova version bump. Minor bumps (16.1.0-16.3.0) coincided with the Android SDK's own minor version changing, which isn't the case here. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why?
Keep the Cordova plugin's bundled native SDKs current with the latest Intercom Android and iOS SDK releases.
How?
Bump the plugin version to 16.3.1 (patch) and update the pinned native SDK versions (Android
intercom-sdk-base/intercom-sdk-fcmto 18.3.2, iOSIntercompod to ~> 19.6.4) across the plugin manifest, gradle config, bridge files, lockfiles, README, and changelog.Decisions
Used a patch bump (16.3.1) rather than minor, since both underlying SDK updates are patch-only releases — matching the precedent set by 15.0.0 -> 15.0.1, where a similar patch-only SDK bump got a patch cordova version bump.
