- Removed LLM examples (user deleted them)
- Simplified docs/README.md to just dev commands
- Updated landing page abstract to focus on the project's value
- Changed 'Features' to 'Why This Collection?' - actual benefits
- Added 'Popular Examples' section highlighting key examples
- Removed infrastructure details from main content
- Landing page now sells the PROJECT, not the website
