docs: correct stealth browser default proxy to ISP#335

Summary
The stealth mode docs stated the default proxy assigned to stealth browsers is a residential proxy. The actual implementation uses an ISP proxy (via PingProxy's ISP proxy pool).
This PR fixes the stealth browsers page to accurately describe the default.
