The application was not runnable due to a missing .config.json file and missing start script. This commit introduces the following changes: - Adds a default .config.json file. - Adds a start script to package.json using serverless-offline. - Installs serverless and serverless-offline dependencies. - Updates serverless.yml to include the serverless-offline plugin. With these changes, the application can now be started locally using `yarn start`.
