Snapshot of the new auth + project scaffolding CLI (commands -> core -> lib, ESM/pnpm/biome/tsdown/vitest). Legacy babel/jest migration + environment commands are dropped; that functionality now lives in @kontent-ai/data-ops. Version set to 0.9.0.
