devat 00a481f tomainfor codexclaw 0.2.45: dev-uiux-design's experience audit and HIG-derived universal principles (#327), dev-frontend's WCAG 2.2 AA owner and visual audit loop with KWCAG kept separate (#328), the corrected WCAG statements, stale section links and SoT sync (#329), and the version bump (#330). See CHANGELOG[0.2.45].Skill and documentation changes only; no hook declaration, CLI command or component behavior changed.
Validation: #327 (14/14), #328 (13/13) and #330 (14/14) were green on their heads; #329's test jobs were green with the aggregate
cijob still queued when it merged. Local at the release head:check-versions.mjs 0.2.45OK, build with no dist drift, gate, smoke,inventory.mjs --check --tests 3879OK,npm test3879 tests, 3874 pass, 0 fail, 5 skipped. This merges once CI, WSL and Packed install lifecycle are green on 00a481f.
