Cuts codexclaw 0.2.46 from
devat dad6498. The release ships the PreToolUse advisory fix from @LilMGenius (#333) with its follow-up notes (#335), plus the noslopdesign downstream docs (#312) and the legacy-state warning scope note (#305).This PR bumps every version surface to 0.2.46 (manifest
0.2.46+codex.20261031141000), moves the Unreleased entry under[0.2.46] - 2026-10-31, adds Documentation entries for #312 and #305, and adds a Compatibility note: no hook declaration changed.package-lock.jsonchanges only the 13 workspace version fields. The measured test count is unchanged at 3879, so the README badges stay as they are.Validation (linux, this head)
