Context
Triggered by lightdash/lightdash#23891, which extended the v2
calculate-totalendpoint to keep metric-only SQL and formula table calculations and re-apply their formulas to the aggregated metric row. Window/template calculations, dimension references, formula aggregates, and row/pivot/total helper functions are intentionally left blank because they can't be safely recomputed once the query collapses to a totals row.cc @ZeRego
