Adds a long-duration row tooltip bound to the existing fault-record
Detailfield. After a failed download, hovering the failed row now shows the exact MMS failure plus dedicated-session and receive-routing state added by the previous fix. This keeps the table compact while making field diagnostics directly accessible.
