Fix CLI issues found while trialling the RDE getting-started guide - #74

- Scope keychain secrets by config directory, so same-named profiles in two config homes no longer overwrite each other's key; keys stored under the bare service stay readable and are copied into the scope. - `mb auth login --api-key -` reads the key from piped stdin; other commands refuse `--api-key -` instead of sending it as a key. - `mb git-sync export --branch <b>` refuses a branch missing from the remote before the export, naming `mb git-sync create-branch <b>`. - Add `mb db set-data-actions <id> <on|off>` for the database's `database-enable-actions` setting. - Show `dashboard_id` in the compact card view. - data-action skill: the toggle is Data actions and `mb` can set it, model-less actions go in a data actions collection, and template-tag ids are UUIDs from `mb uuid`. …ctions by namespace, name the export's branch - Compact views drop no field the trials acted on: a collection's `namespace`, a table's `visibility_type`, a dashcard's `parameter_mappings`. - `mb collection list --namespace <ns>` lists one namespace's collections. - `mb git-sync export` reports the target `branch` in its JSON and ends its text output with it. … as an argv error - A document or indexed-entity search row carries no `description`, which failed every search whose results held one. - A missing required positional is refused with exit 2 naming it (or the unknown flag standing in its place) instead of citty printing the command's help, which `--json` turned into JSON help.
