I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you share the output from GitHub Authentication?
Execute "GitHub Pull Requests: Sign in to GitHub" command, the program shows the log [Authentication] Creating hub for .com, but no additional action. (My vscode account is already logged in.)
My PC is connected to an embedded device through the physical Ethernet port with IP 192.168.*, and after unplugging the device, this extension works correctly. I have two other kinds of devices with IP addresses 169.254.* and 10.14.* are fine to use.
My internet comes from the Wi-Fi device. Maybe this issue is about the Windows network metric? But other vscode functions are working expectantly. (like git and copilot)
I also have another USB Ethernet port; the behavior is the same.
If the login is successful, it is able to connect with 192.168.* devices.
Also experiencing this issue. A message shows up "Not Found - https://docs.github.com/rest/repos/repos#get-a-repository". But otherwise the extension is blank. If I roll back to 0.154.0 and other previous version I get a "Loading..." status displaying but nothing else.
