Remove docs for deprecated CLI commands

Summary

The scrape, rename, and migrate-mdx CLI commands were removed from the Mintlify CLI. This PR removes all documentation references to these deprecated commands.

Changes

• installation.mdx: Removed "Rename files", "Migrate MDX endpoint pages", and "Import content" sections from the CLI commands reference.
• migration.mdx: Replaced mint scrape openapi instructions in the manual migration tab with a link to the OpenAPI setup guide.
• guides/migrating-from-mdx.mdx: Removed the CLI migration section that documented mint migrate-mdx, keeping only the manual migration steps.
• api-playground/openapi-setup.mdx: Removed the "Autogenerate endpoint pages" subsection that referenced the @mintlify/scraping package.
