Remove docs for deprecated CLI commands

Summary

The scrape, rename, and migrate-mdx commands were removed from the Mintlify CLI. This PR removes all documentation references to these deprecated commands.

• Removed the "Rename files", "Migrate MDX endpoint pages", and "Import content" sections from the CLI installation page
• Updated the migration guide's manual tab to use the @mintlify/scraping npm package instead of mint scrape openapi
• Removed the CLI migration section from the MDX-to-OpenAPI migration guide, keeping only the manual steps
• Updated internal skill and config files to remove references to removed commands

Removes documentation for deprecated Mint CLI commands (notably mint rename, mint migrate-mdx, and mint scrape) across the CLI installation page, internal linting/skill docs, and command references.

Updates migration guidance to point OpenAPI/Content generation workflows to the @mintlify/scraping package (via npx) and simplifies the MDX-to-OpenAPI migration guide to only include manual steps.
