Overview
Updates documentation to reflect Mint CLI command changes, replacing references to mint openapi-check with mint validate and noting openapi-check deprecation across API playground and linting guidance.

Expands the CLI install/reference docs with new sections for mint login/status/logout (enabling search/assistant in local preview) and adds comprehensive mint analytics command usage, plus a cross-link from the Analytics page.

Simplifies migration guidance by removing the mint migrate-mdx CLI flow and updating OpenAPI page generation instructions to use npx @mintlify/scraping@latest instead of mint scrape openapi.
