Adds the session identifier the CLI now attaches to every telemetry event (stored locally, reset after 30 minutes idle) to the telemetry disclosure and the agent skill's CLI reference.

Based on a merged CLI change that adds a rotating session ID to telemetry events. Duplicate check: open docs PRs for "telemetry", "CLI", and the author's PRs; none found. No mint-instructions topic covers CLI telemetry.

Overview
Updates the Telemetry sections in the public CLI command reference and the agent skill CLI reference to document a session identifier now sent with each telemetry event.

The user-facing docs (cli/commands.mdx) explain that events include a session ID to group activity from the same working session, that it is stored in ~/.config/mintlify/telemetry-session.json, and that a new ID is issued after 30 minutes of inactivity. The condensed agent reference (reference/cli.md) adds the same session ID and 30-minute reset behavior to its telemetry bullet list. Opt-out behavior and other collected fields are unchanged.
