Release 0.47.1. Updates version metadata across .release-please-manifest.json, pyproject.toml, and src/mixedbread/_version.py, and adds the 0.47.1 entry to CHANGELOG.md.

Test tooling reliability. Adjusts scripts/mock --daemon to pre-fetch @stainless-api/prism-cli before starting Prism and adds an explicit ~30s log-based startup timeout with better failure output.
