…bility YAML Backfills the requirement-traceability file for SEP-1613, which shipped in the released 2025-11-25 spec version. Requirement text is quoted verbatim from the released basic/index.mdx (JSON Schema Usage section) and server/tools.mdx pages, attributed to this SEP by diffing each page against its 2025-06-18 version. Two rows point at check IDs already emitted by src/scenarios/server/json-schema-2020-12.ts; four declare untested gaps; two SHOULD-level requirements are proposed exclusions pending maintainer sign-off.
