sync mf6 module to https://github.com/MODFLOW-ORG/modflow6/releases/tag/6.7.0, also remove the
specproperty from generated classes (added in #2631 thinking we could shift usage to it from the unstructureddfnproperty but until we actually commit to doing that, YAGNI)
